The operator of tools.upnext.cz (the “site”) is:

The site is a public sandbox that freely offers small browser-based tools, engineering notes, prototypes, and a curated directory of AI tools. Most processing happens directly in your browser; files you load into the tools (videos, images, feeds) are not stored on the server.

The site requires no registration, has no user accounts, and sells nothing.

You may use the site for personal and business purposes. You agree not to:

• abuse or overload the site, or attempt to circumvent rate limits;
• scrape or bulk-download content beyond normal use;
• use the site for unlawful activity or to infringe the rights of others.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access in case of abuse.

The site and all tools are provided “as is”, without any warranty. We do not guarantee they are error-free, available, or fit for any particular purpose. Tool outputs (e.g. ARES or VIES lookups, generated invoices, financial and tax calculators) are for information only and are not legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Always verify them against official sources before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of or inability to use the site, nor for decisions made based on its outputs. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Some tools forward your input to public services (ARES, VIES, ČNB, and others) so they can return a result. These services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. Details about data forwarding are in our privacy policy.

The site, its design, brand, and content are protected and belong to the operator unless stated otherwise. Open-source libraries used are subject to their own licenses. You may share the content of notes and articles with attribution.

We may amend these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page and is effective from the date below.

These terms and any relationships arising from them are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the Czech Republic. Consumers may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) as the body for out-of-court dispute resolution.
